1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Generate Repeat ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Generate Repeat is an AI prompt generator designed to help language learners create customized exercises, dialogues, and practice materials. The Service generates prompts that can be used with various AI language models.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Use the Service for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to disrupt or damage the Service
• Not use automated systems to access the Service beyond intended use
• Not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or resell the Service
• Be at least 13 years of age

4. Subscriptions and Billing

We offer monthly and annual subscription plans with the following features:

• Monthly Plan: Billed monthly at $5.00, cancel anytime. Provides 1,000,000 AI access credits per month.
• Annual Plan: Billed in 12 monthly installments of approximately $4.58/month (total $55.00). Provides 1,000,000 AI access credits per month for 12 months.
• Top-Up: Purchase additional AI access credits at $5.00 per 1,000,000 credits.

4.1 AI Access Credits

AI access credits represent your monthly allowance for using the Service's AI-powered features. Credits are added to your account upon successful payment. For annual plan subscribers, credits are credited monthly with each installment payment.

Important: AI access credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to other users, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not a stored-value instrument. Credits are a metering mechanism for accessing the Service.

4.2 Variable Credit Consumption

The number of credits consumed per action depends on the underlying AI provider's pricing, which may change over time. We strive to offer the best quality-to-price ratio and select cost-effective models for each task. Credit consumption rates for different features are displayed in your usage dashboard so you can monitor spending.

4.3 No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Specifically:

• Used credits: Credits that have been consumed are non-refundable.
• Monthly billing periods: Monthly installment payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins and credits are credited.
• Partial usage: If you cancel or dispute a payment after using credits, the value of credits already consumed will not be refunded.

4.4 Chargeback Protection

To protect against fraudulent chargebacks and abuse:

• If you have purchased more than 10,000,000 credits in total, chargeback requests may be contested based on service usage records.
• We maintain detailed records of credit usage. If a dispute is filed after you have consumed credits, we may present usage evidence to the payment processor to demonstrate service was delivered.

4.5 Price Adjustments

We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Price changes will apply to future purchases and subscription renewals, not to existing credit balances or active subscription periods.

Subscription fees are billed according to the pricing plan selected. Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not result in refunds for previous billing periods or unused credits.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Generate Repeat and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain rights to the prompts they generate. Generated prompts can be used freely for personal or educational purposes.

6. Third-Party AI Services

Our Service generates prompts for use with third-party AI services (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.). We are not responsible for:

• The content generated by third-party AI services
• Accuracy of AI-generated responses
• Terms of service of third-party platforms
• Data handling by third-party services

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy of generated prompts
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Security of data transmission

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Generate Repeat be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

9. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the Service at any time
• Change these terms with notice
• Add or remove features

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
